What's Covered
Our lifetime workmanship guarantee covers the installation or replacement of:
- Ductwork
- Duct insulation
- Metal straps, clamps, fasteners, hangers, and supports
- Drain piping, hangers, and fittings
- High-voltage electrical wiring, wire nuts, connectors, tees, and straps
- Refrigerant piping installation
- Refrigerant line insulation
- Equipment pads, stands, jacks, and vibration-eliminating devices
If any of the workmanship related to these installation items fails because of how it was installed, we will repair it at no cost to you for the life of the equipment.
What's Not Covered
This guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Costs to access underground or otherwise inaccessible refrigerant lines
- Normal wear and tear unrelated to installation
- Manufacturer defects (covered under the manufacturer's warranty)
